Here is a brief overview of our project achievements and our vision for the future, which focuses on the development of sustainable cities and rural areas. Under the name MAITIM e-energija, we have joined a group of providers of modern solutions in the field of sustainable development, renewable energy sources and electric mobility. We offer high-performance solar LED street and road lamps and universal charging stations for electric bicycles.
E-bike Charging Stations
MAITIM E-BIKE
With the rapid increase in the number of e-bikers and the development of bike infrastructure, several new projects are being planned, including new cycling paths, bike storage facilities, and parking spaces. Charging stations for e-bikes are becoming a crucial part of the e-mobility infrastructure, and they will soon be installed at public transport stops, encouraging the use of public transportation. In collaboration with leading Slovenian experts and designers, we have developed the universal BI-charged charging stations, which are functional, safe, stylish, and technologically advanced. Their modular design and various mounting options allow them to adapt to urban, rural, and mountainous environments. In addition to e-bike charging, they also support charging for electric scooters, two-wheelers, skateboards, hoverboards, and even wheelchairs. The stations come with numerous upgrade options, including solar-powered charging capabilities. We also offer charging lockers, ideal for high-traffic areas with limited space.
Where can you charge your electric bike?
The MAITIM E-BIKE or BI-charged charging station is universal, so you can charge the batteries of practically any electronic device and means of transport in its cabinet. For example, charge your electric scooter, two-wheeler, skateboard, scooter, hoverboard, wheelchair, or an empty cell phone, headphones, power bank …
For every e-biker embarking on a long-distance ride, finding an e-bike charging station can be a source of worry. However, it is up to us to eliminate this concern and ensure that e-bikers have access to charging stations when they need them.
MAITIM E-BIKE charging stations - Velika planina SLO
E-bikers can also charge their e-bike batteries in one of the four charging stations next to the cable car below Velika Planina. MAITIM E-BIKE stations are single, each for users within one household, and freestanding with brackets that also serve as e-bike stands, to which they are securely locked with a lock in the appropriate opening.
Charging stations at the Arto-Blanca hydroelectric power plant
E-cyclists can also charge their e-bike batteries in one of the two charging stations at the Arto-Blanca hydroelectric power plant (hydroelectric power plant on the Lower Sava River). The BI-charged stations are single, each for one user at a time, and freestanding with two brackets that also serve as stands for e-bikes, to which they are securely locked with a padlock in the appropriate opening.
BI-charged charging stations at Brezje SLO
Since August 2020 e-cyclists can charge their e-bike batteries at the charging stations at the Slovenian national shrine of Mary. The stations are single, each for one user at a time, and freestanding with brackets that also serve as e-bike stands, to which the bike can be securely locked with a lock.
Charging Station, municipality of Donji Andrijevci, Croatia
Cyclists can charge their e-bike batteries at the MAITIM E-BIKE charging station in the municipality of Donji Andrijevci, Croatia. The BI-charged station is a single station, intended for users within one household, and is freestanding with a bracket that also serves as a stand for the e-bike, which the user can securely lock with a padlock.
BI-charged Charging Station in Lendava SLO
E-bikers can also charge their e-bike batteries at the BI-charged charging station in Lendava (located under a canopy near the Spar store). The station is single and freestanding with a bracket that also serves as an e-bike stand, to which the bike can be securely locked with a lock.
MAITIM E-BIKE Charging Station at Turjak SLO
E-bikers can also charge their e-bike batteries at the charging station in Turjak (at the Rozika pizzeria, Turjak 17, near Veliki Lašče). The station is single, for one user at a time, and freestanding with a bracket that also serves as an e-bike stand, to which the bike can be securely locked.
BI-charged Charging Station - Trnovo, Nova Gorica SLO
E-bikers can also charge their e-bike batteries at the charging station in Trnovo pri Nova Gorica. The station is single, with a button closure (without a lock, it can be used by 4 users at the same time) and freestanding with a bracket that also serves as a stand for the e-bike.

The modular charging locker is crafted from high-quality, powder-coated stainless steel (INOX) and securely houses all electrical components, connectors, and electronics. It features two 230V outlets and two USB ports, allowing users to charge not only e-bikes but also smartphones, power banks, or other small USB devices. If the charger is fixed to the e-bike, it can be connected via the appropriate cable.
Solar LED Street Lamps
SOLAR ENERGY
When installing solar LED street lighting, there is no need to install electrical cables, as the lamps operate without being connected to the electricity grid. In this way, we avoid expensive and often time-consuming procedures for obtaining permits for electrical installations and the costs of digging, laying electrical wires and connecting to the public electricity grid. All lamps have a modular design and are easy to mount on a pole, classic candelabra or on a wall. Their operation requires only energy obtained from the sun using high-performance SOLAR modules. This type of lighting is environmentally friendly and helps to more easily achieve the requirements of the European directive on CO2 emissions into the environment. In addition, it is efficient and does not require major interventions in the environment.

MAITIM solar LED street lights along the cycling and walking path in Lendava
Our solar LED lights (model MSS-30W-ESR) are already lighting the cycling and walking path in Lendava. Our solar LED light can also be found at the Danila Kumar Elementary School in Ljubljana, where it illuminates the school grounds.

Beautiful and energy-saving PLAZA solar LED lamps illuminate the surroundings of the Arto-Blanca hydroelectric power plant on the Lower Sava River.
MAITIM solar LED street lights in the vicinity of Gornja Radgona
Our solar LED lights (model MSS-30W-ESR) are already illuminating the roads and streets in the settlements of Spodnja Ščavnica, Spodnji Ivanjci, Negova and Črešnjevci.
