I am also a committed figure skating coach at the Pirueta Domžale Roller Skating Club, where we create success stories at home and abroad.

In 2007, I graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences with a degree in Journalism. But life had other plans for me. Instead of a newsroom, I found myself leading the marketing department of our family business, where I now collaborate with NAVDIH.NET to design and develop websites using WordPress.
Still, my love for writing never faded – it runs like a quiet, parallel story through everything I do. I’ve always been drawn to exploring social topics – from sociology and communication to culture and psychology. But even more than that, I adore travel, fresh challenges, discovering new cultures, and learning. All kinds of learning – the kind that keeps me glued to books, and the kind that flows from the beautiful diversity of people, nature, and the universe.
As a child, I practically lived on roller skates. Until I was 18, I trained as an artistic roller skater, a journey that – thanks to the support of my amazing parents – took me across Europe and beyond. Through years of hard work and devotion, I became a seven-time national champion, won 3rd place at the European Cup in 1997, placed 4th and 5th at the European Championships (1997/98), and earned a top-10 finish at the 1999 World Championship in Australia. Later, I discovered the power of group show dance and the deep presence of Iyengar yoga. The values I found in sport and yoga have always been my anchor – helping me meet daily challenges with strength, resilience, and a steady path toward personal growth.
Novel Lovilka sanj - A Story of Love, Freedom, and Soul-Searching
Dreamcatcher (Lovilka sanj) is a novel for those brave enough to dream of pure love, to question the illusions of consumerism, and to explore the depths of the soul. Kiana, the main character, is on the edge after two failed relationships. In Edinburgh, she meets Illan – a street artist of South American roots – who immediately sees a kindred spirit in her. But their bond is anything but ordinary. As Illan slowly helps her dismantle the walls of her upbringing, Kiana’s confusion pushes her to seek new perspectives. She finds them in Kenya, where she gently gathers the scattered pieces of her uncertain heart.

Artistic Roller Skating
Artistic roller skating is a graceful blend of sport, dance, and self-expression – all performed on four wheels. Like figure skating, it includes a range of elements: jumps (starting with singles, then doubles and triples), elegant spins, and intricate step sequences. Our main discipline, free skating, is often called the “queen of the sport” – a true dance of power and beauty on wheels.
